Read moreFrom 13th November, we’re bringing the spirit of the Italian Alps to Sloane Street with an exclusive winter installation – a celebration of après-ski indulgence and alpine elegance. Step into a world of crisp mountain air, warming flavours, and cocktails inspired by snow-dusted peaks. Or settle onto our terrace, transformed into an intimate alpine hideaway complete with ski-lift seat – the perfect setting for festive dining, celebrations, and picture-perfect holiday moments.
Begin your experience at the bar, where our drinks evoke the spirit of the mountains. The Monte Paloma combines Patrón Silver Tequila with fresh lime, grapefruit, a hint of cinnamon, and a splash of soy milk, topped with soda for a spiced, citrusy lift. The Dolomiti Spritz puts a bright, bittersweet twist on a classic, blending Campari, Everleaf Marine, fresh lime, homemade sugar syrup, prosecco, and soda. For those preferring a non-alcoholic option, Zero Altitude delivers refreshing flavour with Everleaf Forest, lime, and grapefruit soda.
Our winter menu continues the alpine journey with exclusive dishes designed to warm and delight. Begin with Artichoke Romana, served with chestnut purée and salmoriglio, before moving to delicate Agnolotti del Plin, hand-pinched pasta pillows filled with veal and alpine herbs, finished in rich veal jus. Enjoy the hearty Braised Ossobuco with Polenta Taragna, slow-cooked veal ossobuco enriched with red wine jus and subtle juniper notes, paired with creamy polenta. Conclude with Monte Bianco, a classic dessert of sweetened chestnut purée with vanilla atop soft sponge, studded with candied fruits.
