Azzurra’s talented chefs have crafted a six-course seafood tasting menu, with dishes changing seasonally to reflect the freshest, most sustainable, produce. It’s the perfect opportunity to explore an abundance of flavours, textures, and ingredients.

Begin your meal with a platter of Carlingford oysters, served with our signature lemon granita. You can also opt to elevate your experience with Oscietra Caviar served with blinis and a lemon crème fraiche.

The following courses showcase dishes such as Yellowtail Crudo with orange gel, samphire, and Amalfi lemon oil; Lorighittas with red octopus, chilli, Datterini tomato, and parsley emulsion; and Oven-roasted halibut served with asparagus, orange-braised fennel, and a herb and garlic crust.

Finally, enjoy an Amalfi lemon Sgroppino, a refreshing palate cleanser, followed by our signature Tiramisu in your choice of flavour, served table-side for an element of theatre.
