From the bold reds of Tuscany to the crisp whites of Friuli, guests will experience the unique character of each region through thoughtfully curated food and wine pairings – one plate, one glass, one unforgettable evening at a time.
We begin in Sardinia, where rugged coastlines, wild herbs, and bold island flavours take centre stage. For this special evening, we’ll showcase a menu inspired by the region’s coastal traditions, pairing exceptional Sardinian wines with boat-to-table Italian seafood dishes. A celebration of land, sea, and regional storytelling – beautifully presented for one night only.
For this first dinner we are honoured to partner with Cantina Santadi, a renowned winery nestled in the sun-drenched hills of southwestern Sardinia and is a standout in the Sud Sardegna province, where vineyards cascade toward the sea. Founded in 1960 as a growers’ cooperative, this historic estate has long championed native Sardinian grapes, producing exceptional, terroir-driven wines that speak of place and tradition. Spanning 1,600 acres, the vineyards benefit from a rare combination of sandy soils, salty sea breezes, and intense island sunshine, shaping the character of the wines.
Our Sardinian Wine Dinner begins at 6:30pm with a relaxed aperitivo, setting the tone for a night of Sardinian charm, then guests be seated for a four-course menu that is a true celebration of Sardinian food and wine.
