Start the evening with canapés such as a Maritozzo filled with fresh lobster and creamy salsa rosa or Sicilian prawns paired with Oscietra caviar, before sitting down to enjoy antipasti, pasta, a main course, and dessert. Menu highlights include a seared scallop with celeriac purée, pickled chanterelle, and celeriac jus; linguine with lobster, smoked San Marzano tomato, and delicate basil oil; and a seared turbot fillet served with king oyster mushroom, porcini vellutata, and white truffle. Finish your meal with a selection of irresistible dolci created especially for the evening.
