Azzurra won Best Restaurant Design (Europe) at the International Hotel & Property Awards 2024. Designed by Robert Angell with founder David Yeo, the Sloane Street dining room has a 16-metre bar, azure banquettes, English oak tables and netting from English fishing boats hung from the ceilings, with floor-to-ceiling windows onto the street.

Yes. Azzurra’s terrace tables line the restaurant frontage on Sloane Street beneath a striped awning, open daily from noon, with the full à la carte and bar menus served outside. Terrace tables can’t be reserved in advance — they’re first come, first served, and depend on the weather.

Smart casual. Azzurra, on Sloane Street in Chelsea, has no jacket or tie requirement — smart trainers and tailored shorts are fine, and the terrace is more relaxed still. Most guests dress up a little for dinner and for Saturday jazz nights.

Tell your server at Azzurra before you order and the kitchen will adapt where it can. Allergens are used throughout the kitchen, so traces can’t be ruled out on any dish. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are marked on the à la carte menu; for anything else, ask the team.

Street parking on Sloane Street is limited; NCP Cadogan Place (SW1X 9SA) and Cheltenham Terrace (SW3 4RD) are both open 24 hours.
